Official Contest Rules

1. Promotion Name

The Nova Súa "Mueve Frío" Official Dance Challenge (the "Contest"), also referred to as the Mueve Frío Challenge or the Nova Súa First Wave Challenge.

2. Sponsor

Headlinerz International, 1900 E. Golf Rd., Suite 950, Schaumburg, IL 60173, USA · [email protected] · headlinerzinternational.com.

Nova Súa is a virtual AI artist developed by Headlinerz International and is not presented as a real human being. All music, visuals, and campaign materials are created with AI-assisted tools and human creative direction. Partner venues help promote the Contest but do not operate it.

3. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase, payment, donation, subscription, or paid membership is necessary to enter or win, and none will improve a participant's chance of winning. Winner selection is based on the judging and voting criteria below.

4. Promotion Period

All deadlines are in Atlantic Standard Time (AST), Dominican Republic local time.

• Campaign opens: Monday, June 29, 2026
• Entries close: Friday, July 31, 2026, 12:00 PM AST
• Finalists announced: Friday, July 31, 2026, 8:00 PM AST
• Public voting: Saturday, August 1 – Monday, August 3, 2026, 11:59 PM AST
• Vote verification & fraud review: August 4–5, 2026
• Grand-prize winner announced: Wednesday, August 5, 2026, 8:00 PM AST

Late, incomplete, deleted, private, inaccessible, or incorrectly submitted entries may be disqualified.

5. Eligibility

Open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry; reside in a country/territory able to receive Western Union payments; have access to TikTok, Instagram Reels, or Facebook Reels; join the Nova Circle and submit a valid entry through the official form; and are legally permitted to enter contests and receive prizes in their location. Void where prohibited. Employees, contractors, owners, officers, agents, judges, and partner-venue staff of Headlinerz International — and their immediate families — may not win the Contest, but may take part in a separate staff engagement and reward program.

6. How To Enter

• Join the Nova Circle through the official link or a partner-venue QR code (this creates your profile).
• Record an original Mueve Frío dance video.
• Post it publicly on TikTok, Instagram Reels, or Facebook Reels.
• Use #MueveFrioChallenge and tag Nova Súa / Headlinerz International where possible.
• Submit the official entry form with your post link, contact details, partner venue (if any), referral info, age confirmation, and agreement to these Rules.
• Keep the post public through the end of the voting period.

Posting a video alone does not enter you — the official form must be submitted so the entry can be tracked, verified, and counted.

7. Entry Limits

Each participant may submit one (1) official entry during the promotion period [confirm limit]. Only one cash prize may be awarded per person, household, email, phone number, or social account unless the Sponsor announces otherwise in writing. Duplicate, fake, incomplete, stolen, misleading, or automated entries may be disqualified.

8. Content Requirements

Entries must feature an original Mueve Frío dance; be created/posted by the entrant or with permission; and remain public through voting. Entries must NOT contain illegal, hateful, violent, harassing, discriminatory, defamatory, explicit, unsafe, or offensive content; infringe any copyright, trademark, likeness, privacy, or publicity right; impersonate any person or account; include dangerous stunts; or falsely claim third-party sponsorship. The Sponsor may disqualify, in its sole discretion, any entry that violates these Rules or harms the campaign, Nova Súa, the Sponsor, or the community.

9. Local Winners — Six $100 Prizes

After entries close, a voting panel selects six (6) Local Winners, each receiving $100 USD funded by the Sponsor: one winner tied to Bar 39, one to Sliced, one to Blender Cycle, one shared between the two Wings & Waffles locations, and two online winners. The voting panel consists of one representative from each partner establishment plus Headlinerz International, weighing skill, creativity, execution, energy, Mueve Frío brand fit, and the strongest online response. Panel decisions are final.

10. Grand Prize — Public Online Vote

The six Local Winners are the only finalists eligible for the Grand Prize. During the voting window, the public votes for finalists on the official Contest page. After fraud review, the finalist with the most verified votes is named the Grand-Prize Winner and receives an additional cash award of up to $500 USD on top of their $100. The maximum any one person can win is $600 USD ($100 + up to $500).

11. Grand-Prize Payout Tiers (by verified referrals)

A finalist must first win the public vote to receive the Grand Prize; referrals only set the payout tier afterward.

12. Referral Rules

A referral counts only if the referred person submits a valid Mueve Frío entry and completes the official form; names the referrer via the referral field; is a real, unique, eligible person (not a duplicate, bot, or the referrer); and submits before the deadline. Referrals who do not submit a valid entry do not count. The Sponsor may verify referrals using form data, contact details, social handles, timestamps, post URLs, IP/location patterns, and other reasonable methods. Fake referrals or referral abuse may cause disqualification.

13. Nova Points & Badges

Nova Points and badges are a promotional engagement-tracking system inside the Nova Circle. They are not cash, have no guaranteed monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for money unless the Sponsor announces a specific redemption opportunity in writing. They track participation and unlock status, perks, and access. Liking another member's posts or comments inside the Nova Circle community earns that member points; likes on external TikTok/Instagram/Facebook posts do not earn Nova Points automatically and are only counted when verified by the Sponsor.

14. Voting Integrity

Public voting on the official page determines the Grand-Prize Winner among the six finalists. Voting is monitored; fraudulent, automated, duplicate, or manipulated votes are removed and may cause disqualification. The Sponsor's verification and decisions are final.

15. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified by email, phone, SMS, social DM, and/or public announcement, and must respond within five (5) days [confirm window]. Non-response, ineligibility, declining, or failure to complete required documentation may result in an alternate being selected.

16. Prize Payment

Prizes are paid by the Sponsor via Western Union (the Contest's standard payout method); other methods may be offered at the Sponsor's discretion. Winners may be required to provide identity verification, payment details, tax information, and signed documents before payment. The Sponsor is not responsible for failed payments caused by incorrect information. Any taxes, fees, or reporting obligations related to a prize are the winner's sole responsibility.

17. Rights Granted & Publicity Release

By entering, each participant grants the Sponsor, Nova Súa, and their representatives a non-exclusive license to review, repost, share, display, edit, promote, and use the submitted entry, the participant's name, social handle, city/country, and prize information for campaign, marketing, promotional, social, website, recap, and community purposes, without additional compensation except where prohibited by law. Participants retain ownership of their original content.

18. Privacy

Information submitted through the official form is used to administer the Contest, verify entries and referrals, award Nova Points/badges, contact participants, notify winners, send Nova Circle updates, and promote campaign activity. Your information may be shared with partner venues for joint campaign and event marketing. Information is handled per the Sponsor's Privacy Policy and applicable Dominican Republic data-protection law (Ley No. 172-13).

19. Platform Disclaimer

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, YouTube, or any other platform. Each participant releases those platforms from any claim related to this promotion.

20. Platform Rules

Entrants must comply with the terms and content rules of any platform used. Entries removed, hidden, restricted, muted, deleted, made private, or unavailable for review may be disqualified. The Sponsor is not responsible for platform outages, removals, moderation, or technical issues affecting visibility.

21. Disqualification

The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant for false information, fake referrals, duplicate accounts, stolen or copied content, harassment, unsafe or prohibited content, engagement or vote manipulation, platform-rule violations, violations of these Rules, or damaging the integrity of the promotion.

22. Technical Issues

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or inaccessible entries; internet/device/software/upload/form errors; incorrect handles or URLs; broken links; private or deleted posts; hashtag-tracking failures; or platform/algorithm issues. Participants are responsible for confirming their post link works and the form was submitted.

23. Changes, Suspension, or Cancellation

The Sponsor may modify, suspend, extend, or cancel the Contest if fraud, technical failure, platform restrictions, legal concerns, safety issues, or other factors compromise its integrity, and may select a winner from eligible entries received before the change or decline to award where legally permitted.

24. Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA [confirm jurisdiction with counsel], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Cook County, Illinois, unless prohibited by applicable law. Confirm which territories the Contest may lawfully be offered in.

25. Agreement to Rules

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Rules; confirm they are 18 or older; confirm their entry is original or authorized; allow the Sponsor to review, verify, repost, and promote their entry; accept all judging and voting decisions as final; and release the Sponsor, Nova Súa, and the named platforms from claims related to participation.
