Before you choose.

What do I need to supply?

Your artist name, biography, approved photography and logos, music/video links, public business contact details, and permission to use the material. Merchandise also needs artwork and product approval. Original creative production is separately scoped.

Where will my artist page live?

Under the Headlinerz domain. Launch includes one page, Growth two and Flagship four. Monthly update limits are one, two and three requests respectively. Each request covers one small change to existing content using material you supply, such as updating your bio, replacing a photo or changing a release link. Send requests and approvals through your written project conversation. Unused requests do not roll over. New pages, redesigns, custom features and original creative work require a written quote and approval before work begins. Defect fixes do not count toward your included requests.

Which courses and resources come with my plan?

Launch, Growth and Flagship all include the first seven Headlinerz University courses (Courses 1–7) as a shared foundation. Course 1 remains free through the University path. Courses 2–7 are not currently released or accessible. The package-only Artist Resource Hub in Headlinerz International is also not yet available. Paid enrollment will remain closed until the sold package’s promised learning and resource benefits are ready. No release date is promised. Advanced courses are planned as separate paid offerings; content, prices, availability and purchase/access terms will be confirmed before any sale.

Can I buy a course without upgrading my website?

Yes. Individual course purchases are planned as a separate option once courses and purchase terms are ready. A course purchase does not change your website plan or include the package-only Artist Resource Hub. Prices, access duration, refund terms and rules for courses already included in a plan will be confirmed before purchase. Individual-course checkout is not open. Ending a website plan does not cancel a separately valid course purchase.

Do I need to schedule a phone call?

No. Onboarding, routine support, update requests and approvals are handled online through written project conversations. Launch and Growth do not require phone calls. Optional Flagship calls can be arranged by mutual agreement.

Does merchandise setup include free shirts?

No free samples or inventory are promised. The planned Growth scope includes one templated shirt product setup; Flagship includes three templated merchandise product setups, starting with shirts. Growth artists earn 30% and Flagship artists 50% of distributable margin after defined direct costs, excluding tax. Distributable margin is settled item receipts after discounts/refunds, excluding tax, less documented blanks, print materials, defined production/packing labor, packaging, actual processing fees and any order-specific shipping shortfall. Shipping collections offset actual postage; positive shipping margin is outside the royalty pool and disclosed separately. General overhead, subscription fees, unspecified marketing, another artist’s costs and duplicate fees are not deducted. Each item needs an approved cost sheet. Statements and eligible payouts are monthly on the 15th for settled orders delivered at least 14 days before the prior month-end, with a 10% earned-royalty reserve held for 60 days and a $25 payout threshold. Smaller balances carry forward; final undisputed balances are paid within 60 days after the last delivery, with any longer open-dispute hold itemized. Merchandise sales are not open through these packages. Actual product costs, sizes, colors, mockups, shipping and return details must be confirmed before sales.

When would production begin?

After enrollment opens, production begins when required materials, rights, scope and supported access are complete. Delivery targets from that point are 5–10 business days for Launch, 10–15 for Growth and 15–20 for Flagship. Written support acknowledgment targets are two business days for Launch and one for Growth or Flagship. These are acknowledgment targets, not guaranteed resolution times. Two consolidated revision rounds, a five-business-day artist review window and a 14-day defect stabilization period apply.

How do billing, revisions and cancellation work?

The approved plan is setup plus the first month at purchase, then monthly billing on the anniversary. Billing is not active. Once enrollment opens, delays in supplying materials do not postpone recurring billing. Production starts after required materials are ready. Two consolidated activation revision rounds are included; defects do not consume a round. Service is month-to-month, cancellation stops the next renewal when requested before its billing date, and service continues through the paid period. The current monthly period has no voluntary prorated refund. Setup is refundable before implementation begins and normally nonrefundable afterward, except duplicate billing, billing error, applicable law or an expressly approved exception. The completed artist agreement must present these terms before checkout.

Can I access my fans?

The planned service is designed to provide access to your own artist-generated fan contacts, with clear marketing permissions. Staff-mediated, consent-scoped exports can be requested during service or within 30 days after service ends, with a target of 10 business days for delivery, including relevant suppression history. No artist receives access to another artist's fans or orders.

Are promotion, management or results guaranteed?

No. Management, exclusive opportunities, Beuller collaborations, radio play, earnings, advertising and unlimited content production are not included promises. Included email campaign limits are none for Launch, one monthly to up to 500 eligible subscribers for Growth, and two monthly to up to 1,000 eligible subscribers per send for Flagship. Artists supply creative; sending requires approval and valid consent. No SMS or automatic overages are included.
